My passion is building and leading software development teams that create software that makes both stakeholders and users happy. To do that I introduce agile methods like Scrum and Kanban to build efficient and lean teams.
My focus is on motivating developers by creating a strong team identity and giving them areas of responsibility. My leadership style is characterized by transparency, internally and externally. In my second function I am a C# developer with heart and soul, that also likes to be hands-on when time allows. I also try to learn Rust. I work from my own office at home, up to 100% remote, but also like to be in contact with customers and colleagues through occasional travel. |
